Daiya came out with a cream cheese style product, so I decided to see how creamy it would be in a mac and cheese. I simply prepared the pasta according to the instruction, added some Daiya herb and chive cream cheese with cubed Daiya cheddar wedge and a bit of Earth Balance. Not bad, but it maybe had too much of a chive taste for my liking. Perhaps next time I will try to make a cheese sauce separately, then add it to the pasta.
