1 can (or 1 1/2 cup) pinto beans1: Melt earth balance in a small pot, then add drained beans and seasoning
small bunch of fresh cilantro
1 tsp Earth Balance
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
sea salt & cracked pepper
4 small fajita style tortillas
optional: sauteed onions
topping: balsamic vinaigrette dressing
2: Finely chop cilantro and add into the seasoned bean mixture on low for about 5-10 minutes
3: Construct the burritos, adding a bit of balsamic vinaigrette on top
Makes: 4 burritos
