Honestly, this tastes more like a treat than a healthy drink! A delicious dessert smoothie, this peach applesauce smoothie was like drinking peach cobbler through a straw! If you'd like to make a thicker version, just add a bit of granola.
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/3 cup soy yogurt (vanilla, if you'd like, but plain will do too!)
2/3 cup frozen peaches
3 tbsp cinnamon applesauce
Blend together and enjoy!
Makes: One large (2 cup) smoothie
