A delicious, quick breakfast for when you're feeling like something sweet, but not too sweet.
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
optional: brown sugar and/or almonds as a topping
1: Boil vanilla soy milk and vanilla extract
2: Add quick oats and stir continuously for about a minute
3: Serve immediately with brown sugar, almonds and/or additional soy milk
NOTE: This meal is gluten-free depending on which brand of oats you use. Oats are naturally gluten-free, however, some brands may have cross contamination with wheat and barley depending on the other products they manufacture.
