cake:
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1 3/4 cups flour

2 tbsp ground flax (or 2 egg substitutes)

1 grande Chocolate Chai Tea Soy Latte (without whip!) = 2 cups
frosting:
2 cups confectioner's sugar
2 tbsp Earth Balance
1 tsp vanilla extract
Up to 3 tbsp of soy milk (add one tsp at a time until you reach the desired consistency)
1 tbsp vanilla
1 grande Chocolate Chai Tea Soy Latte (without whip!) = 2 cups
frosting:

1: Preheat oven to 375
2: Mix all dry cake ingredients together until fully blended
3: Add 1/2 the chai latte (1 cup), vanilla and vegetable oil and stir until smooth
4: Heat the other cup of chai until boiling and add to the mixture (it will be very runny)
5: Pour mixture into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes (I baked this for 35 minutes and it was perfect)
