This recipe calls for an ingredient in another recipe, but you can certainly use plain rice just the same. I love this meal because it requires minimal ingredients and it can be made with minimal effort. Crunch!
1 cup rice (I used Havarti Rice)
1 cup black beans
olives
hard shells
cumin/paprika
optional: taco sauce
1: Cook black beans on low, stirring in as much cumin/paprika to suit your taste. I like to add a dash of taco sauce as well, but that is really your option
2: Assemble the taco as pictured and enjoy!
Note: I also added taco sauce to the final product as well, but I like my food with a little more heat.
