Havarti Rice

This rice is the perfect filling for bean burritos!  You can also add sauteed veggies to make it into more of a meal.

1/3 package Daiya Havarti wedge, cut in chunks
1 cups rice
2 cups water
cumin/paprika for seasoning

1: Prepare rice by bringing water to a boil then adding rice
2: Turn burner to the lowest setting, cover and set a timer for 20 minutes
3: When the rice is done, add the Havarti chunks and stir while the rice is still hot
4: Add seasoning to suit your taste, fluff and then let it set for about 10-15 minutes to allow the rice to absorb any remaining water

Makes: 2 cups fluffy Havarti rice
