Bean & Rice Lettuce Wraps

For those who are gluten-free or simply consuming less carbs, this meal is a hearty wheat flour alternative.  Simply roll it up and enjoy.

1 can black beans, drained
1 cup Salsa Spanish rice
3 large lettuce leave (romaine or iceberg)
cumin/paprika or taco seasoning

optional: taco sauce

1: Cook black beans on low with cumin and paprika to flavor
2: Add beans and rice to your lettuce leaf and roll it up!

Note: I added hot taco sauce to give it a bit more heat.
