1 can black beans, drained
1 cup Salsa Spanish rice
3 large lettuce leave (romaine or iceberg)
cumin/paprika or taco seasoning
optional: taco sauce
1: Cook black beans on low with cumin and paprika to flavor
2: Add beans and rice to your lettuce leaf and roll it up!
Note: I added hot taco sauce to give it a bit more heat.
